Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and dwg888 ("the Platform", "the Company", "we", "us"). 02 Eligibility
Access to and use of the dwg888 Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:

03 Account Registration
To access the Platform's betting and gaming services, you are required to complete the registration process and open a Member Account. The following conditions apply:
- Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
- All registration information provided must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.
- dwg888 reserves the right to require Members to complete a full KYC verification process at registration or at any subsequent point. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, driver's licence, or bank statement confirming your name and address.
- Registration constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their current form, and your acknowledgement that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.
- dwg888 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
04 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:
- You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility.
- You must notify dwg888 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting support via the Platform's live chat or by email at support@dwg888.app.
- dwg888 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
- All sessions on the Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. You are encouraged to access the Platform only from trusted, personal devices and to log out after each session.
05 Deposits
All deposits on the dwg888 Platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following approved payment channels:

- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account name does not match the Member Account name — are prohibited and will be returned, subject to an administrative processing delay.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Platform and may vary by payment channel. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your Account.
- dwg888 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which dwg888 bears no responsibility.
- Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider, typically within minutes of transfer completion.
- dwg888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence — such as bank transfer receipts or e-wallet transaction histories — for any deposit, particularly where AML checks are triggered.
- Funds deposited on the Platform may only be used for wagering purposes and are not interest-bearing.
Note on Segregated Funds: dwg888 maintains Member funds in segregated accounts, separate from the Company's operational capital. This means your deposited balance remains available for withdrawal irrespective of the Platform's commercial performance.
06 Withdrawals
Members may request withdrawal of their available Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the Member Account. dwg888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- Before any withdrawal is processed, the Member must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of dwg888's compliance team. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals suspended pending submission of required documentation.
- Withdrawals are processed in IDR to the same payment channel used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit, where operationally feasible. The Platform may designate an alternative approved channel where necessary.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is between 5 and 15 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional compliance checks are required.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction. Current limits are displayed on the withdrawal page within your Account.
- Active bonus funds that have not yet met their associated wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering conditions have been fulfilled.
- dwg888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
07 Bonuses & Promotions
dwg888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:
- Bonuses are available to registered Members who have completed KYC verification, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Each promotion is subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type. In general, slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

- Seasonal promotions may be offered in connection with Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), among others. Eligibility and terms for seasonal promotions will be published on the Promotions page at the time of launch.
Bonus Integrity: Any attempt to circumvent bonus terms — including the use of low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — constitutes bonus abuse. dwg888 uses automated monitoring systems to detect such activity, and identified accounts will have bonus credits voided without further notice.
08 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the dwg888 Platform. Specific rules for individual game types, sports markets, and live casino tables are available within each game or product section of the Platform:
- All wagers are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended. It is the Member's responsibility to verify all bet details before confirmation.

- In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest odds error resulting in a clearly incorrect price being offered, dwg888 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes to the Member's Account Balance.
- Live (in-play) betting is subject to additional rules regarding bet acceptance timing. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined will be voided.
- All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
- Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets and sabung ayam (live cockfighting betting, where available) are governed by additional product-specific rules accessible within those product sections.
09 Prohibited Conduct
Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:
- Registering more than one Member Account, or registering an Account on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any other financial crime.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to place wagers, exploit promotions, or circumvent Platform security measures.
- Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
- Engaging in chargebacks, reversed transactions, or fraudulent deposit activity.

10 Intellectual Property
All content on the dwg888 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game graphics, odds data, promotional materials, software, and text — is the property of dwg888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes consistent with these Terms. No other rights are granted, and any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of dwg888's intellectual property rights.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dwg888 excludes all liability to Members for:
- Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform.
- Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, pandemic, or infrastructure outages).

dwg888's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits dwg888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12 Privacy & Data

- Platform-initiated closure: dwg888 may suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, discovery of ineligibility, confirmed fraudulent activity, or as required by its compliance obligations. Where the Platform initiates closure on legitimate grounds, any bonus balance will be forfeited; real-money balances will be returned where required by law.
- Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination of the Member Account.
15 Amendments

16 Governing Law
